Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and receive updates more easily.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we are an online-only store based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Currently, we do not support bulk or wholesale orders. Our focus is on serving individual customers across India.

What courier partners do you use?
We work with trusted partners including BlueDart, DTDC, ExpressBees, EcomExpress, Ekart, Amazon, and Shadowfax.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can also reach out to us at amazeinecc@gmail.com for updates.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery, only if a full unboxing video is provided. This is to ensure quality and prevent misuse.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping. A flat ₹100 return fee applies.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking via our secure PhonePe gateway.
Is there any extra charge for COD?
No, we do not charge extra for COD. However, orders placed with COD will be verified by phone before shipping.
